Beef Sales
Bull Calves and steers are available for butcher annually.
We will negotiate a price with interested buyers for whole, half or quarter of the animal.
We will deliver the animal, now co-owned, by one or more parties, to a registered custom exempt meat processor*, who will process, package, and vacuum shrink-wrap the beef to the specific requirements established in advance.
*We currently use Coronado Meat Processing in Hebbronville, Texas, and Not For Sale Meat Processing in Banquete, Texas
Meat processing fees will be the responsibility of each owner in their pro-rated share of the animal and 50% paid in advance.
HLCC will arrange for the processed beef to be picked up and shipped to the respective owners for actual shipping cost plus $100 handling fee.
